The premise

Most organizations improve everything a little. The Theory of Constraints says that's backwards: at any moment, one constraint sets the ceiling on the whole system, and effort spent anywhere else is largely wasted. The work is to find that constraint, exploit it, elevate it — and then do it again, because the constraint moves.

Today there's a second lever: AI. Not as a bolt-on chatbot, but as an operating layer — systems that watch the flow, surface the constraint, and carry the process discipline that usually decays when the consultant leaves.
